In Waldbüttelbrunn, where our roots lie, and in the Würzburg region, we are passionately committed – whether through supporting local youth work in clubs, as part of the Alliance for Work and Family, or as a child protection refuge in Waldbüttelbrunn. As such, we provide children in need with a safe haven. Our commitment is dedicated to the community that has shaped and strengthened us. Beyond that, we are also active nationwide and throughout Europe – through memberships and participation in committees and associations such as the Chamber of Commerce (IHK), professional associations, and industry-specific interest groups.

Environmentally Conscious

Sustainability with a system

We think long term – for us and for future generations. That’s why we use an eco-friendly pellet heating system, a large photovoltaic system on our roof, and an intelligent waste management system. We are also currently working to achieve EMAS certification. Our goal is to continuously improve our environmental standards.

Steinigke Showtechnic GmbH has been a wholesaler for event technology for over 45 years. Our goal is to be successful together with all stakeholders in our business activities.

Our Guidelines

1. We offer the full range of event technology at fair prices. This ensures the best possible combinations of high-quality materials and sophisticated, safe technologies, combined with services related to the products and their marketing and use – in the spirit of partnership at all levels of trade.

2. In developing and manufacturing our products, we work goal- and process-oriented and ensure quality through internal and external controls. Special emphasis is placed on building trustful cooperation and exchange with all parties involved.

3. In our actions, we consider economic efficiency, environmental friendliness, social justice, and strengthen the innovation capabilities of the company, our suppliers, and our customers.

4. Through continuous dialogue with our stakeholders, we recognize their needs and strive to meet them. Communication at eye level is of great importance to us.

5. Our greatest asset is our employees – their motivation and satisfaction. We actively promote this by creating optimal working conditions, enabling everyone to know and use their strengths. Interests and working methods are taken into account and supported through further training. We aim to deploy each employee flexibly according to their skills, abilities, and interests, while respecting individuality.

6. We are actively involved in regional, national, and international projects. Through regular dialogue in networks and cooperation with our partners, we contribute our expertise optimally and continuously expand it.

7. We comply with the legal requirements and voluntary standards that apply to us and review this regularly. As part of our sustainability efforts, we are currently in the process of EMAS certification and aiming for the EMASplus standard.

8. As part of our sustainability efforts, we continuously improve our performance in the areas of product/product development/product lifecycle, internal logistics/administrative processes, business operations, and collaboration with our business partners along the value chain.

9. The production and logistics of our products generate climate-damaging emissions. With targeted environmental management, we aim to reduce our CO2 footprint and promote climate protection by avoiding emissions, reducing output, and offsetting unavoidable emissions.

10. To improve our product and service quality, we continuously evaluate the satisfaction of all market stakeholders. Feedback is incorporated through internal quality circles into our collaboration with customers, suppliers, service providers, and public institutions, directly informing our decisions and actions as part of a continuous improvement process.

11. In our business decisions, we consider the impact of our actions and assume social and societal responsibility toward all stakeholders.

12. We directly and indirectly support our partners in business through consulting, training, and support services, as well as cooperation in projects to optimize efficiency and achieve the best possible sustainability under economic aspects.
